Klein Orkest Rolde, founded on October 11, 1995 by ten enthusiastic musicians, has grown into a respected brass ensemble with a rich musical history. Under the direction of passionate conductors such as Joop Thijssen and Klaas Pereboom, the ensemble has developed into a fully-fledged ten-part brass ensemble. With a repertoire that ranges from Baroque music to contemporary and popular pieces, Klein Orkest Rolde offers a wide variety of music, specially arranged for their unique instrumentation.
On Sunday, November 24, the third edition of the event "Sunday Brass" will take place, where Klein Orkest Rolde will collaborate with another brass ensemble from the country. This annual tradition guarantees a Sunday afternoon filled with high-quality brass music, with both ensembles presenting their own programs.
